Peter, I can claim she is my 3rd Great Grandmother because of the census records My 2nd Great Grandmother Fanny E Armstrong Married William Payne in the 1861 census Fanny is living with her Mother Sarah Armstrong in Eaton Socon. Sarah then is traced in the 1841 Census with her parents John Armstrong and Elizabeth. I have a feeling that she never married and used her maiden name for both her children. Just wanted to see who was researching this line and if they had the same thought.
