Hi Bill Mary Goodman did marry Joseph Shearwood on the 3.9.1804 at Millbrook. Joseph was buried on 13.5.1818 at Millbrook leaving Mary with at least one child. Mary does not appear in any census as Shearwood and I presumed that she had died. The marriage with Joseph gives no indication of her birthplace but there is a Mary Goodman c 1.10.1775 at Rothley so it appears that she may well have remarried to Thomas Hollis. In 1841 they are still in Steppingley & Thomas is an Ag Lab. Can't help with the Bunkers.
