Hi I am tracing an elusive family. The Denyer family were located around Nottingham but the eldest son Edgar Charles moved to Bedfordshire sometime after the 1901 census and maybe even after the 1911 census. He died in 1960 in Bedford. His wife was Florence Denyer and he had at least one child named Lydia. I believe that Lydia married Cyril Cox in the 1920 and may have had a son called David in 1939. There may have been other Denyer children of Edgar. Any help appreciated with this family. Hopefully I m not the only family historian out there as there are no male Denyers carrying this name down generation. Hi Liz, You posed a not-too-dissimilar enquiry back in June last year, which produced a reply that started: > > Let me say you need to be absolutely specific with your data, giving > name, data and location for each event. > That reply also included: > > The marriage of Edgar Charles Denyer to Florence Eustace was registered > in June qtr 1903 at Nottingham. > > Lydia's birth was registered in Sept qtr 1905 at Nottingham. Her > marriage to Cecil C Cox was registered in Mar qtr 1928 at Bedford. > > All the above information was available, but you didn't give it > It would seem that you have not paid attention - or are hoping that yet another lister will do your work for you. There may be one, but it won't be me.
