Eliza b 1864 her parents were James Denton and Mary Ann Thompson. Mary Ann was his 2nd wife they m in 1861, his first wife was Mary Copperwheat, they m 1839. Sorry to say she is not 'our' Eliza as our Eliza was born 1847 and her parents were Robert Johnson and Eliza Denton. The fact that Eliza jnr mother was a Denton and Eliza jnr married a Denton - Joseph, confuses the issue. I will keep on looking.
