Similarly, the *only* CAPEWELL birth - with mother's maiden name WALKER - was that of a William F CAPEWELL, 1916 Jun Q, Stoke on Trent, 6b 288. It may be worth your while to buy this certificate to see if his parents match your subjects. There'd appear to belittle connection to BDF or BKM..... Possible conclusions: 1) They married "abroad" - where their possible other children were born; or 2) they adopted - presumably before the Adoption Act of 1926 - the 'other children'.
