BECKWITH, age 97, died peacefully on Saturday, October 18, 2014. A proud WWII Army Veteran, Tom was a kind good hearted man, married for 71 years to his beloved wife, Jane F. Beckwith (nee Ludlow, deceased). Loving father of Thomas (Carol), Barbara (Fred) Mooney, Deborah and David; devoted grandpa to Thomas Beckwith and Benjamin (Brigid) Mooney; and proud great-grandpa to Andrew Mooney. Tom grew-up on Groveland Club Drive in Cleveland, Ohio on the shores of Lake Erie. His final moments were spent watching a rainbow form over his much-loved lake from his hospital window. Services were private. A memorial celebration of Tom & Jane's lives is to be scheduled. In memory of Tom, go down to Lake Erie and enjoy the view. David C.
