She was born in Waterford April 25 1855., daughter of James and Elizabeth Beckwith. No Edna mentioned as her mother. Survivors include a sister Mattie Arnold of New London Brothers: Jeremiah, Allen, and Isham. I also searched through "The Beckwiths" by Paul Beckwith but can't find this family. I did find an 1880 census of Montville, New London, CT that has a James Beckwith age 70, a stonemason, with wife Edna, age 59, and daughter Martha, age 15.
