My maternal great grandfater was Clyde Elwyn Beckwith. Unfortunately he and my great grandmother (Natalie R Ward) seperated when my grandfather (Clyde Elwyn Beckwith Jr) was young. I've never really known much about the Beckwith heritage of my family, besides the fact that they mostly live in Maine, and I know that Clyde remarried and had more children. Try Aroostook County web site.
