BEAVER. He was born about 1860 in GA, probably Union or Fannin County. He married Mary WHITMIRE. Both are buried at Notla Baptist Church in Cherokee County NC. They had at least one son, Carl Mauneul BEAVER of Cherokee County NC. who married a MOSS. My dad grew up calling them Uncle Doc and Aunt Mary even though they were just cousins. I am trying to find his parents to figure out exactly HOW he was a cousin.
