I descend from William BEAVERS/BEVERS/BEAVER/etc. who was born 1800 in Tennessee. By 1821 he was in Lawrence Co., AL where he married Millie STEVENS (daughter of George). By her he had two sons, James and Albert. Millie apparently died before 1827, William married Agnes PATRICK (daughter of John) that year. They had Berthana, Rigdon, William Charles, Verlinda,Mary M., Willie J.(female), Michael and John L. I have strong circumstantial evidence that Wiliam was of the Lincoln County, TN BEAVERS family but I need those last bits of proof. I will be happy to exchange information!
