Hello Cindy, I just saw your email and wanted to ask a question. The Robert Beavers you mention you have the will and it mentions his children is this the same Robert Beavers that his wife was Jane Little and one of his sons was Reubin Beavers b. 1783 that married Mary one of the daughters of William Headen and Susannah Robertson. If it is the same, I sent some information several months back to this list. I got the information from someone and I don't recall from whom at this moment, but it said that Robert Beavers father was Thomas Beavers born 1718 in Ire. died before 8 Oct 1770 Laudens County Virginia. He married in Virginia in 1738 to Martha Cargill the daughter of John and Catherine Cargill. Thomas Beavers father was John Beavers born circa 1680-1690, and died after 1762. Let me know if this could possibly be the same person. My husbands maternal line ties into Reubin Beavers and Mary Headen and my maternal line ties into Mary Headen's father.
