Still trying to get info on James M. Beavers, born about 1804 in Va. Married Elizabeth Gill in 1836 in Clarke County GA. His son was Calvin C. Beavers. Some of his sons and grandsons used the name Bevers. Have not located a gravesite for Calvin, his first wife Martha Blair, or his second wife, Cinthia Williamson. The son of his first wife-Ira-had Calvin committed to the "insane asylum" in 1904 and he died there shortly after. He had a younger son, James Robert, who collected a couple months of civil war pension following his death, but he nor his wife ever collected.
