I know this is a long shot, but here goes. My gg grandmother was Peggy McGuire. Through DNA it appears she had children by more than one man. My great grandfather's line shows a Rose forefather. My great grandfather's brother's line shows a Beavers forefather. If I could find the Beavers connection it may help me find the Rose connection. Peggy would have been born about 1839. In the 1850 census her family is living next to the Samuel Rose family. I know Rose and Beavers both are very common names in that area. In 1850 they were living in the Western District of Tazewell County. Possibly in the Shraders/Bishop area. Peggy's brother has two children buried in Bishop. The following is all I know about him; lived in Arkansas in the 20's & 30's. Had a sister named Goldie who died as a young woman. First wife was Ella Walker and that marriage produced my Dad, Jimmy/James Beavers. Second wife was Gladys & I believe they lived in or around Homestead, FL. That marriage produced 12 or 13 children. The only name I recall ever hearing was of a daughter named Nancy. I would appreciate any information anyone might have to share.
