I haven't really got far on my Beaty line yet as I seem to have got stuck on another line. But going from some notes that I have been given, I am searching for information on a Mary Beaty/Beatty. Mary was born 1802 to Hugh Beaty. According to these notes, Hugh was born in Ireland, about 1765. He married Margaret Smith who was born about 1770. Mary died in 1851 in Rising Sun Indiana. She married a John E. Hamilton in 1821. He was born in Nova Scotia and died in Rising Sun, Indiana. They had a daughter named Mary, who married a Daniel Johnson. Daniel and Mary Johnson were my great, great grandparents. Does any of this sound familiar to anyone?
