Ephraim's children are named: William (m. Elizabeth), Ephraim (m. Dorothy or Dolly), Sarah (m. Mathew Carpenter), Nancy (m. Harry Duerson), Anna (or Ann or Anny m. William Oliver), CHARLES, Elizabeth, Mary, and Henry (or Harry). Above relationships: Spotsylvania Co., VA Deed Book Q, 1802-1806, p. 509, 20 July 1805. Between Harry Beazley of Spotsylvania, VA to William Beazley and Elizabeth his wife, Ephraim Beazley and Dorothy his wife, Mathew Carpenter and Sarah his wife, Harry Duerson and Nancy his wife, William Oliver and Anny his wife and Charles Beazley, Elizabeth Beazley, and Mary Beazley. Ephraim Beazley, deceased, father of the above named William, Ephraim, Sarah, Nancy, Ann, Charles, Elizabeth, Mary and Harry did in his lifetime sell to the above named Harry Beazley a tract of land and received of him the sum of 94 pounds ... for aforesaid land whereon the said Harry now resides, the marks and bounds as herafter [sic] described and our father Ephraim Beazley not having it in his power to convey by Deed to Harry the same. We the legatees and heirs of Ephraim Beazley, deceased, think it just that our father's intention should be carried into affect, and we do collectively and individually for ! ourselves and heirs acknowledge the receipt of the aforesaid 94 pounds and each of us for ourselves our heirs do doth convey in fee simple (as it was the intention of our father) unto the said Harry Beazley his heirs and forever the tract or parcel of land aforesaid the bounds of which is as follows ...
