I have both beasleys and hayles in my family as my great grandfathers one son which is my grandfather kept beasley and his brother kept haile they both live next door to eachother to this day in atmore alabama. Wonder if theres any corrolation. The timing would be right wonder if my grandfather knows of anyone by this name. I was also told by my grandfather that beasley was inherited by the slaves and prison inmates with know formal name adapting the wardons last name.
