David, the first record I have found for them is James Beasley in the 1840 Henry County, GA Census. In 1850 James and son John C.Beasley are both Heads of Household in the42nd Dist., Henry County, GA Census. I also have the marriage record of John C. and Malvina Hooton from Henry County dated 7 August 1845. In 1860 James - Atlanta Ward 1 and John C. Blackhall Dist. are both Heads of HH in the Fulton County, GA census. James list his place of birth as South Carolina. James and wife Matilda remain in Fulton County and are in the 1870 Fulton Co., GA census, 1st Ward Atlanta, James dies in Atlanta in 1877 and Matilda dies in 1879 in Atlanta. They are either buried or a memorial was put in Barfield Cemetery in Henry County for both of them. I have pictures of the markers. Before the 1870 census, John C. and family, head to Mobile County, AL and are in the 1870 census , in Beat 3, spelled Beally instead of Beasley. In 1880 John is in Kostern Prec., Malvina has died, son James H. and wife Eugenia are in census in Whistler Twp. I have Alabama Marriage Record of James H. and Eugenia dated 15 April 1880 and Marriage Record of his brother Emerson Beasley and Abigail Findley dated 21 March 1880. In the mid to late 1890's James H. and Eugenia move to Meridian, MS and in 1902, James H. dies while working on the Mobile and Ohio Railroad. Eugenia dies in the 1952, in Meridian. I do not know any of John C. brother or sisters. There was a marriage record of an Elizabeth Beasley and a William Beasley in Henry Co., GA, but I do not know if they are connected. Children of John C. Beasley and Malvina Hooten Beasley William G. born about 1846 James Henry born 24 Jan. 1848 Mary A. born about 1850 Amanda M. born about 1852 Emerson F. born about 1856 I have no other information on these siblings of my G-Grandfather, James H.
