I found them at http://www.familysearch.com. Look under "Search for Ancestors" and you'll come to a query screen. Put John Beasley in with his year of birth and state born and he shows up. A guy by the name of Steven Wolfe in Alaska submitted it. If you look under submitter and click "Details" it has his address when he submitted it to be recorded. Keep in mind that he could have moved but it's worth a try.
