I have questions about the connection that the author has made of Henry Beasley (d. about 1795 NC) and his son Isham, being decendants of the Beasleys of the NC coast. I am pretty certain that Henry instead came to NC from Essex Co., VA and have much to support this. I am willing to share anything I have and caution accepting the Beasley Blood early info without further research and proof. I also have info that disputes Henry as being the son of John Beasley and Lydia Daly/Dally of NY as given by many researchers. Please contact me directly if further info is desired.
