My G-Grandfather was James Henry Beasley born 1848, possibly Georgia. 1880 Alabama census says Alabama, 1900 Mississippi census says Georgia. I have never been able to find out who his father was. Do you have the names of the children of your James Beasley? Your James, would have been born around the time, of the father of my James. Do you know if any of your line went to Mobile County, Alabama? He was a fireman for the Mobile and Ohio Railroad and was in the 1880 Alabama census with Alice Morgan Beasley, his second wife and a child Amanda by his first marriage. I have never found out his first wife's name all our Bible has are initials, N.A. Beasley. He transferred to the Railroad in Meridian (Lauderdale County MS. He died in 1902 while at work.
