Are you looking for Beasleys in Fayette County, Alabama???? My gggrandfather, Gabriel Dillard Beasley, was born in Tenn, but married and raised all of his children in the Fayette/Lamar/Tuscaloosa counties of Alabama.. He married in 1834. Most of the researchers of my Gabriel believe he was the son of Isham Beasley (son of your Henry) who settled in Smith County, Tenn. Isham Beasley did have a son named Gabriel Dillard, born close to the same time that my Gabriel was born, but I believe that my gggrandfather Gabriel was the nephew of Isham, not his son. I have information on some of the other Beasleys in Fayette/Lamar counties of Alabama if those are the ones your interested in. I am stuck at Henry who died 1795 in Chatham NC who was married to Mary ? and they had 11 children. Henry 2nd?, Isham, Mary, Winnefred, Tabitha,Betty,Edith, Jesse, William, Ephraim, and Findal. I would like information on any ascendants or descendants that are connected. I am particularly interested in getting back across the pond.
