    1. Re: [BEASLEY] Louis Beasley
    2. Beverly I am not researching this specific line but I am a long time Beasley researcher. Do you have any other info at all--there was a Louis Emmet Beasley who are born in 1855 in Franklin Co MO but he married Hattie Eliza James. There is another Beasley family in Ste. Genievieve County--and I found Louis Beasley/Buseley in the 1880 Census that you mentioned: 1880 Census for Beauvais, St. Genevieve, Missouri, Page 603C: Name Relation Marital Status Gender Race Age Birthplace Occupation Father's Birthplace Mother's Birthplace Louis BUSLEY Self M Male W 24 MO Farming NC MO Thereasa E. BUSLEY Wife M Female W 36 MO Keeping House VA NC Rosella BUSLEY Dau S Female W 7 MO At Home MO MO John H. BUSLEY Son S Male W 6M MO At Home MO MO There is a Biezer/Beezer family which is from Baden Germany. I wonder if the informant got confused. Do you know anything else about Louis Beasley? In a message dated 3/10/2009 6:40:30 A.M. Mountain Daylight Time, watkins1998@sbcglobal.net writes: I have been researching my family tree and have hit a rock wall on the Beasley side. My great grandfather was Louis Beasley, born 1856. The 1880 Ste. Genevieve county census has him listed as Louis Busley, born in Missouri. Louis married Theresa Mead. On the death certificate of their daughter, Rosella Thomure (which is available on the Missouri state website) it lists her father as Louis A. Beasley from Baden, Germany. The census lists his father as being born in NC. I believe his father was named John, but I am not for sure. Any others out there searching this same line? Thanks!
