Smith. Her mother was Sally Rebecca Townsend and her father was Jim Madison Beasley. Mamie had 4 sisters and 1 brother, Edith, Pearle, Ella Mae, Alice & Alton, the last 2 being twins. They all lived in Florida to the best of my knowledge. Looking for anyone related to these Beasley's or Townsend's...Mamie had red hair and taught school to a certain extent. One of her son's is my dad, Arnold Wayne Smith. Mamie might've been born in or around Hawthorne, Florida right outside of Gainsville, Fl.
