I can't seem to get on the message board, but I would like to mention that my great grandfather was Charles C. Beasley. He lived in Macon county Alabama and was the son of Alston H. Beasley. In 1850 he was listed in the DeKalb county, GA, census. I can't get my Beasley line back from there, but I have a lot of information on Charles Beasley's wife's family. Hope there is a connection.
