    3. Anderson died in Johnson Co or Franklin Co. in 1853 of pneumonia. 1840 census listed as M.A. in Johnson Co. no township listed 1830-39 tax roles. A.M. Beasley, Ark. Territory, Johnson Co. tax paid $18.37 1850 census - A. M. Beasley, Franklin County, White Oak Township Johnson County was established in 1833 Franklin County was established in 1837. The land description is in Johnson Co. but is near the line with Franklin Co. One old map I saw had a different line than it is now, so I feel that they may have lived in the same place and the county line changed. His widow, Eveline ( Nicks), remarried in Johnson Co. in 1855 and lived in Ozone, Johnson County. Several members of the Nicks family came to Arkansas and then went on to Naverro County, Texas. The only thing I have found outside of the marriage record, is contributed to Early Tenn Settlers 1700-1900 Anderson Beasley, b about 1810 Smith Co., Tenn. father Sterling I do have an old tablet page that states he was 'borned' Sept 17, 1810 . Census records of his sons show Tenn was the state their father was born in....One record states Ill. DeMona
