Mo. census. But in the 1880 census for Maries Co. 4 of his adult children list his place of birth as either N.C or S.C. He married Jane P.B.(maiden name unknown)b. 1799 either KY or SC. She may have been second wife. The following children were listed . Lucinda b. 1820 S.C, Joseph b. 1824 Ky., Elizabeth b.1826 Ky.,James b. 1828 Ky., Silas b. 1830 Ky., William Oliver b.1833 Ky., Sarah Ann b.1835 Ky., Isaac H. b. 1840 Ky., and R.J (Rachel Jane) b. 1842. I would like to find who Johns parents, ect. were, and any information about possible first wife. Champion S. Beasley, Jesse Beasley, and John C. along with Lucinda are believed to be the children of the first marriage. Would love to solve this mystery. Kathyrn Evans
