There were a couple of Byroad households in Lebanon, Boone County, although I didn't find Anna anywhere. I'm not familiar with Indiana's townships, but it appears to me that Lebanon is geographically within Center. Proximity to Clinton and Byroad families favors this James, but there's another possibility in IN. There is also a James H. Beasley of about the right age in Daviess County, which is much more distant from Clinton County, and also distant from the very few Byroad families I found who were in Boone, White and Dekalb Counties.
