I have been doing some research on the Marion Co, AL census http://www.rootsweb.com/~almarion/marion1.htm and in the 1850 pp. 116b and 117a there are some Beasley's listed and on the next at the bottom of the page, which is hard to read there are some Sutton's listed. Just thought it might help.
