Have you ever run across mention of a Reuben Beasley/Beazley? I descend from a Lucinda Beasley, who I've assumed was born in Caroline Co, VA or an adjacent county. She married a Wm. Francis Jackson and they came to Pike Co, IL, along the Mississippi River. There are confusing Beasley/Beazley lines in and around Caroline!

I should clarify my previous email in that my Lucinda Beasley Jackson was supposedly a sister of the Reuben Beasley I mentioned, and that he was an American diplomat of some note, of course making me think that if I could pinpoint his lineage I would have data on her. Sorry for the confusion.
