    1. [Beasley] James and John C. Beasley- SC-Clarke, Henry and Fulton Co. GA, Mobile, AL
    2. I am searching for information on James Beasley born in SC, I would say late 1700's to very early 1800's. He married a Matilda?. He went to Clarke County Georgia, then Henry Co., GA and then Fulton Co., GA , where he and Matilda died in the 1870's. His son John C. Born GA, married Malvina Hooten in 1845, Henry Co. GA and he moved to Fulton Co, GA between the 1850-1860 census. He and family moved to Mobile County, AL by the 1870 census. He and son James H.(Henry) worked for the railroad. Malvina died between 1870-1880. I would love to meet descendants of this line. I do not know where James#1 was born in SC or who his parents were. I will gladly share any info I have. Other names I think are associated with this line are Hiram, William, Richard, but do not know how they are related. Other children of John C. - Amanda, Emirson (Emerson), William G., Mary A.,. Thanks Elaine Criddle [email protected]

He may or may not have emigrated to the new world. He was born in 1698 to Thomas & Alice Beesley and was Bennet's twin brother. He may have had a son, William, in 1721, (at least *a* Job Beesley had a son William then) but it wasn't in Bishops Itchington where the family records are found. Where did you find the record of the will for Bennet Beesley. Were you in Orange Co? Do you know how to access a copy? Blessings, Joanne

    1. [Beasley] Re: James Beasley born in Rome, GA
    2. My G-Grandfather was James Henry Beasley born 1848, possibly Georgia. 1880 Alabama census says Alabama, 1900 Mississippi census says Georgia. I have never been able to find out who his father was. Do you have the names of the children of your James Beasley? Your James, would have been born around the time, of the father of my James. Do you know if any of your line went to Mobile County, Alabama? He was a fireman for the Mobile and Ohio Railroad and was in the 1880 Alabama census with Alice Morgan Beasley, his second wife and a child Amanda by his first marriage. I have never found out his first wife's name all our Bible has are initials, N.A. Beasley. He transferred to the Railroad in Meridian (Lauderdale County MS. He died in 1902 while at work. If anyone has any information on the above mentioned Beasley's I would be so thankful for any leads. Thanks, Elaine Criddle [email protected]
