Thought I'd post the BEARDEN's I am looking for.We were told that these BEARDEN's came from AR, TN and GA and that they founded a town in TN and one in AR. Martha Jane BEARDEN (she is my husband's gr, grandmother) born Oct. 29 yr? in GA? KY? TN?Her parents may have been David Ray BEARDEN and Mary BRADLEY? we know that her siblings were William, Ray, Toby, George and Lulu. Martha Jane married Joseph PEVRIL in Reynolds Co. MO on Dec 25, 1887 and they lived in Reynolds Co and also in Piedmont, Wayne Co., MO. They had 5 children: Oscar Roy Harry Clint born July 25, 1896 Leona born Feb 29, 1904 in Piedmont, MO. She is my husband's grandmother. After Joe PEVRIL died, Martha remarried but we don't know her second husbands name. Some of the nieces and nephews of Martha still live in Piedmont but I haven't had much luck getting any information out of them. Anyone who has any information on the BEARDEN's of Piedmont, please feel free to contact me directly. I am willing to share any information I have.
