Hi Cousins, My cousin Phil and his wife Joyce in MA are members of Council Oak, The Dighton Intertribal Indian Council. Their new granddaughter was named by John Running Deer, Chief Medicine Man of the Dighton Oak Council, and he is also Chief of the Wollomonuppoag Council. The baby (Logan Cheyenne) was named at the pow-wow at La Salette Shrine in Attleboro. Her native name is "Bright Sky". Phil and Joyce were traders at Attleboro and also took part in the ceremony . They craft their own items to sell as the business called 'SweetGrass'. They travel to various PowWows in the New England Area.
