I am winning. Jimmy is downstairs doing dishes and I am up here playing. I am glad he knows his place. Yesterday I gave him a driving lesson on a 5-speed on the floor. It was a real adventure. Watch for the moose running towards Florida. We started out at the bottom of Sharon's mountain and somehow it all went downhill from there. Jimmy does not understand why there isn't just one pedal on the car. We did make it up the mountain in 2nd gear. All is turning out OK...I had the new tires put on the car this morning and the road crews are halfway up the mountain replacing the asphalt. Luckily there was a garden hose right outside Sharon's house and Jimmy was very quick about hosing down the fire from the burning transmission. Another lucky thing happened was the wind picked up and you could see the smoke drifting off over the mountains and we got our beautiful view back. I made Jimmy wash my footprints off the windshield so I should have good visibility for the trip home. (I am driving.) Of course Jimmy says I have to be punished again for making him a nervous wreck by making him drive a car with too much stuff to do on it. Goofy, we thought you abandoned us.
