Probable can't find it but it'd be nice to try. I have found some old ones. One was written by a Alva Bearse. It was 75 dollars and I didn't get it. Hope you are having fun dearie! 1. [BEARCE COUSINS] Cape Cod
    2. Cousins, I was browsing though a used book store and found a novel about Cape Cod. The Boston Herald says "engrossing.....entertaining......The perfect book to take to the Beach." The back of the book says......THE STORY OF CAPE COD IS THE STORY OF AMERICA. Could that be one of the reasons we are so intrigued with our family line? lol. As luck would have it once again my book is signed and dated by the author. There is an old map of Cape Cod and Barnstable and Mashpee are there. Next pages are his (authors) family tree going way back to about where our line does. Need to see if any of us married into his line. I opened the book up and was scanning through it and the name Iyanough caught my eye. So I bought the book. It has 715 pages to be exact. That all I can tell you till I sit down (or lay down) and start reading it. I hope it is a good story as I love to get hooked into a good book. Later cousins, Gypsy

    2. I am posting this letter from Tom as it may be of importance to a cousin. Or maybe perk an interest? ~Gypsy~ Sure...Cousin! Would like to join. I Visited my mother in hospital in Torrance, CA. and came back with 20's letter where one cousin visited Halifax, Mass...the farm of my great great grandfather Orin S. Bearce. I also saw pictures of his wife... I notice the name Eliza Jane Bearce crops up in several families. Picture of my great-great grandfather sure looks like he has Indian blood in him. Take care. Enjoy your messages. Tom

I did and that is how I got sent the catalogue and order form. The name of the book is We Borrow the Earth. You can find it at Amazon.com book site but it is half the price at Cygnus. I could not find the book in their site so it might just be in the catalogue. There is also 2 great Indian books you might be interested in. One is Rainbow Spirit Journeys by Wolf Moondance and my favorite Great Grandfather Spirit by Wa Na Nee Che & Brid Fitzpatrick - it is about Indian stories. So the first step is to go to the site join up and wait for the catalogue. ~Gypsy`

    1. [BEARCE COUSINS] The Cousins Will Play
    2. Sharon Satterfield
    3. Charles is away next weekend and the cousins will play in Vermont. Yes, Jimmy was very naughty. He made Elaine start smoking again and he blames his mother for it. He doesn't understand that all mothers are above reproach. He had to sleep in the broom closet and he is offering to do it again next weekend so Wendy can come and have the guest room. Did he invite you all to party? We have hiking and canoeing and lots of food. Elaine chased away the poachers that came on motorcycles Saturday and shot at all the bear and moose. Richard the handyman extraordinaire came to dinner tonight and Elaine told him in great detail about all her guns. He is an ex-policeman, so he matched her gun for gun. What stories these folks tell. I feel like a babe in the woods. Sharon

    3. Sharon's handyman, Dick, has just pulled up outside in his truck and Elaine is going to jump him and Sharon is setting him up!!! I yelled to him from the roof that he should head for the hills but he is TRAPPED!!! Poor Guy.....Wendy...she got him first! Shoron is inviting the whole family up next weekend....You are all welcome. Wendy, she has a beautiful guest room (padded cell) just for you! Jimmy

    1. [BEARCE COUSINS] An Invitation To Sharon's From Elaine
    2. Sharon Satterfield
    3. Hi Everyone. This is Elaine and I have taken over Doc's computer. Her husband is going out of town next weekend and Jimmy and I have decided to take over the house (or in Jimmy's case the broom closet in the garage.)

    3. This is Elaine. Jimmy finally stood up so I could talk to you. Sharon did make us sleep in the garage but the best part is that she gave Jimmy a broom closet to sleep in and I got the bed that was up in the air like a throne. Very fitting. We are now waiting for the famous handyman to show up so I can give him the once over. Charles, Sharon's husband (who is another story), says to not call him a handyman because he has a college degree and is a retired policeman. I said to hell with that I just want to know how handy he is since Jimmy broke all my lawn equipment and now my grass looks like he chewed it off. We went to Basketville and had to drag Jimmy away. We gave him M&M's to get him to leave. Sharon's husband is a riot. He has the same sense of humor as the rest of us and I think he is really a "Closet Bearce". Wendy, you missed a great trip. Hope you had fun on your cruise but it could never beat coming here. Elaine "Jimmy O." wrote: > Hi all, > > Yes we are here! I am on cousin Doc's computer right > now!
