This timetable is ahead of the 17 March 2013 goal mentioned in the Society's press release to the Beara Society of Boston. I am currently working on an article for the Spring edition of "American Ancestors" magazine that describes the manuscript collection and announces that the collection is open and available for use by NEHGS members at our library in Boston.
