As I read it, both on the email and on their website this tartan is a personal one that was designed just for the priest named. He happens to be an O'Sullivan from Beara. The website calls it O'Sullivan-Beare. Therefore, the head of the house of Beara would be the person who is currently "chief" of the O'Sulllivan-Beara family. Does it even exist clearly anymore?
