Hello to all, You have been giving such good advise to Paul, I feel compelled to ask your thoughts on a winter trip. Our son is stationed USAF in England and we are thinking of going to spend the Christmas holidays with he and our daughter-in-law. We will be able to stay 3-4 weeks and hope to spend at least one week in and around Castletownbere , Bere Island and Baltimore. Would like to venture to Roscommon where my ancestors are from as well. Are we crazy? Would it be difficult to find lodging during the holidays? Of course, Xmas week we will be at their home in Bury St. Edmunds and London, but what of the week before or after New Years?
