    3. Hi, Have you tried Coloradohistoricalnewspapers.com It is free. There is a lot of mentions of Sullivans and Harringtons. I found the obit of Hannah Sullivan 1918 there where it is also mentioned that her husband Peter died in 1909, and her children. There are articles mentioning children leaving and to and from where and relatives visiting. It is time consuming, but that is how I was able to connect 8 of my great grandfathers brothers and sisters. A lot of them lived in Blackhawk and Central city, Gilpin County before coming to Leadville as that is where the jobs in the mines were before Leadville boomed. Many went to Eureka Utah when things got tough in Leadville, and then came back or went to Butte. Most in that area where married and buried in Leadville or Glenwood Springs, Pitkin county, due to that is where the catholic churches were. Best of luck Terry ----- Original Message ----- From: "C Sullivan" <c_lion@purringfox.com> To: <beara@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, October 09, 2009 12:34 AM Subject: [BEARA] Sullivan Harrington Question Hi all especially Riobard if you are around. I would like to get information of any Sullivan' or Harrington's living in Leadville especially during the years between 1875 and 1920 or so. If you know they lived on 5th Avenue even better. ~~C Sullivan ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to BEARA-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message

There was a Sullivan that lived on W. 5th street back in 1960's, I know their ancestors had lived in Leadville and she was my 5th grade teacher. I can not remember their names right now. I will ask my folks, they might remember. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ronald Barnes" <barnes149@comcast.net> To: <c_lion@purringfox.com>; <beara@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, October 12, 2009 11:10 AM Subject: Re: [BEARA] Sullivan Harrington Question > Hi, > Have you tried Coloradohistoricalnewspapers.com It is free.
