Hello Everyone, I need your help on this. I am mailing an envelope, from the USA to Tralee, County Kerry. I am requesting some genealogy information from an individual that I don't know. There is no cost involved for the information. I am enclosing a return self addressed envelope that he will mail back to me. In order to make it easier for the person to mail it I would like to have the return postage already on the envelope. QUESTIONS: 1. Can I buy Ireland stamps in the USA so I can place them on the return envelope? 2. Are there any international stamps that are good in all counties? 3. If I can't buy any Ireland Stamps in the USA I would like to enclose a few Euros in the mailing envelope so that the person in Ireland can buy the postage. My daughter says that would be "an insult to an Irishman". That is the last thing I want to do. What do you think about that? 4. Anyone have any good ideas on how to handle this postage problem? I like your daughter!!!!!!!!!!!!!.. Have you asked the US Post Office if they can help?. I suspect you won't find any Irish stamps in the USA....Is there an Irish Embassy near you?
