A word about IRC/s (International Reply Coupons).... The current IRC's, with the Michelangelo "two fingers about to touch, framed in a postage stamp", costs $2.10 in the U.S. They are valid through December 31, 2009, and will no longer be available after August 31, 2009. In other words, they must be turned in to the post office by the end of this year, otherwise they'll be worthless. A new IRC called the Nairobi model are expected to go on sale on July 1, 2009 and should be valid until December 31, 2013. For further information contact your local post office. Pat
