Hello Everyone, Thanks for all the help concerning how to add postage to a self addressed envelope that will be mailed back to me in the USA from Ireland. The IRCS ( International Reply Coupons) proved to be the easiest way to do it. The people at the USPS branch were vary nice in helping me out, but they really didn't know much about them. It took one 7 minute phone call, 3 people and 25 minutes more to transact the sale of 2 IRCS. The the letter to Fenit, County Kerry is on the way. I really hope that I get a response.
