Dan, You can get stamps for Ireland [or most any country] from William J. Plum, 12 Glenn Rd., Flemington NJ. Phone: 908-788-1020 or email to plumdx@msn.com. I got some Irish stamps from him last fall -- they were then $1.70 per packet [but check with him for latest prices] plus $1.00 P&I per order. I've dealt with him over several years and have had no problems. Incidentally, using a SASE is a very good way to get a reply -- never had it fail.
