Dear Bill...I was so sorry to learn of Donal's passing as I didn't realize it would be so soon. Most of all I didn't know that he was your son in law and my heart breaks for you and your daughter. Even when it is expected, it still comes as a shock as we have experienced a few early departures that were never expected. Please accept the deepest sympathy from my husband and myself for the loss and please include you daughter by telling her all of you will be in our thoughts and prayers and that the Good Lord will send you all the comfort it takes to get through the following days. Our love to your and your family... Maureen Maloney Wakefield, MA (Very close to the Irish Annex of Boston!) Dear Karen, and Susan, and Sandra, and all who have written so kindly, Thank you, most sincerely. -- Bill
Bill, My deepest condolences to your family at this time. May the good Lord give you all strength and comfort as you grieve. You will be in my prayers. Joan -----Original Message----- From: Bill Gawne <gawne@cesmail.net> To: beara <beara@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sun, Aug 26, 2012 6:49 am Subject: Re: [BEARA] my family's loss Dear friends of Beara, Yes, it's true. I suppose one doesn't tell a poet a story and not expect the story to be retold. So events unfolded in the manner Donal related, and my darling firstborn is now a young widow. It's a story her ancestors from Beara knew all too well. Fortunately it's far less common today, but young people in the prime of life are still sometimes cut down, leaving their loved ones to get on as best they may. I'll thank you in advance for whatever condolences you wish to offer. -- Bill ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to BEARA-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message
