I am new to this list and hope you can help me. I am trying to trace Abel BEALS Jr. His daughter Mary Catherine BEALS married my gggrandfather William Henry MARGESON in 1839 in Bridgetown, NS.She was a d/o Abel Beals & Susan HENNEBURY. In a Margeson Genealogy I have the statement that Abel was a Loyalist of 1783 who, "descended from John BEALS who came to Hingham, MA, from England in 1638, through the line of Jeremiah, Jeremiah Jr, Andrew, Abel Sr." This convinces me that the Beals must have or be in some genealogy but I don't know where to look, esp as I live on a tiny island (near Guam) and have no library and limited internet access. There is an Abigail KENT d/o Isaac KENT and a Mary MILLER who it appears were a wives of Abel BEALS Sr. I also know nothing about the HENNEBURYs, the KENTs opr the MILLERs. I would appreciate any help or clues on any of these families. Below is what I do SEEM to have though, at this point, I'm uncertain of the accuracy of most of it.
