I believe I have located my Robert Beall in Hancock Co IL in 1840 census record. he is the only Beall listed in census index for that county so no help there. He does have one additional adult male aged 20 to 30, one female aged 10-15 and another male aged 10-15 living with him. They may be his or his wifes family members. If anyone is interested. There is also a Robert Beall in 1830 Morgan Co IL census but he is 50-60 years of age and would be to old to be the Robert you mention above.
