I had a question on my McBee list about variant surname spellings. This list is for ALL variants of Baysinger, and some of them seem pretty far-fetched! However, Rootsweb's emerging new system of Clusters for each surname should help brand new researchers to find us, even if their surname NOW is spelled differently from the list name. The wonderful thing about GenConnect, is that someone searching for you WILL find you, no matter where you post! There are many Baysinger queries and records on various county boards......check 'em out! I wrote to many of those people (some of you listers), and suggested linking those posts back to our boards. Haven't gotten much response on that, yet. Even so, those posts show up on a GenConnect general search.
