Well, Sandra, I don't know where the FBI is coming from but recent revelations on their practices has led me to believe they don't know everything...they just think they do. And if they don't, they just wing it. Not trying to be disrespectful, just matter of fact. I personally had a DNA Y-Chromosome match with a distant cousin 7-generations back.
