My grandpa is William Baxter borned Aug. 14, 1884. My mother Rachel Baxter Montgomery has been looking for her cousins of Uncle Jesse!! Please email me and we can exchange information. The oldest Baxter I have is Thomas Baxter, born abt 1813 in TN. He married a Patience Pathion about 1835 in TN. He died bef 1870. They had eleven children (two were twins). Lafayette Baxter was a son born abt 1849, in AK. He married a Caroline Cordelia "Callie" Young. He died (unknown) possibly in the early 1940's in Oklahoma. They had 6 children that I know of. All born in AK His son was William Baxter born Aug 14, 1884. William was my grandpa. He married Mary Karr Aug 9, 1914.
