He is my grandfather's father. These are some of the names I have so far. I would love to share what I have. Would love to have any information on this line of my family. Hello. I was wondering if any of my Baxter's were related to your family? The oldest Baxter I have is Thomas Baxter, born abt 1813 in TN. He married a Patience Pathion about 1835 in TN. He died bef 1870. They had eleven children (two were twins). Lafayette Baxter was a son born abt 1849, in AK. He married a Caroline Cordelia "Callie" Young. He died (unknown) possibly in the early 1940's in Oklahoma. They had 6 children that I know of. All born in AK His son was William Baxter born Aug 14, 1884. William was my grandpa. He married Mary Karr Aug 9, 1914. They had serveral children, one of them my mother: Rachel Baxter, born nov 5, 1925. Thank you for any information. I will gladly share what I have on this line. Sincerely, Evie
