She was born in San Diego and was a retired clerk for Pacific Bell. She was a member of the Self-Realization Fellowship and the Southern California Association of Camera Clubs. Survivors include her husband, Thomas Baxter of San Diego; and sister, Judy Sayer of Pacific Beach. No services were planned. A scattering of ashes at sea was planned.
